We are incredibly proud to share that Magical MC CIC (Magical Mind Coaching) was named Outstanding Business of the Year at the Multicultural Business & Community Champion Awards (MBCCAwards).
This recognition celebrates organisations that make a real difference within their communities — and for us, it represents so much more than an award. Founded in December 2020, Magical Mind Coaching was created with a simple but powerful mission: to help children and young people develop confidence, resilience and communication skills so they can thrive in education and life. Since launching, we have supported hundreds of children and young people across Wolverhampton through our programmes, including our flagship VoiceBOX confidence and public speaking programme.
MMC also hosts Youth Public Speaking Competitions, giving children aged 7–15 the chance to step on stage, share their voice and grow in confidence.

When children feel confident and included, they are more likely to move, speak, connect and thrive. VoiceBOX doesn’t just teach children how to speak it helps them feel seen, valued and confident.
When Mia first joined Magical Mind Coaching, she was a bright and thoughtful young person but lacked confidence speaking in front of others. Like many children, Mia had strong ideas but struggled to express them out loud. Over the next 12 months, Mia took part in our confidence and public speaking sessions, including VoiceBOX.
