About Course
On-going in-person coaching club for 8 – 13 year olds to help develop their Physical, Mental and Social Health.
Physical: Non-contact Boxing and Games to develop strength and endurance
Mental: Self-development techniques to develop self-belief, self-awareness and resilience
Social: Public speaking skills to develop confidence and communication skills
Locations / Times:
Mondays (5pm – 6:30pm): Newhampton Arts Centre, Dunkley Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 4AN
Tuesdays (5pm – 6:30pm): Low Hill Community Centre, Kempthorne Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV10 9JJ
Wednesdays (5pm – 6:30pm): Bob Jones Community Hub, Bromley Street, Wolverhampton, WV2 3AS
Thursdays (5pm – 6:30pm): Gatis Community Space, Gatis Street, Wolverhampton, WV6 0ET
